To Scale an Image
- Using the Element Selection tool, select the image you want to move or choose the image from the list in the Raster Manager dialog ( dialog launcher ).

In the Raster Manager dialog, select the Transform Raster tool.
- Select the Anchor Point tool and select a point on the image's contour to fix the anchor position for the scale operation.

Select the Scale tool.
- Enter a data point to define the point about which the image is scaled.

Enter a second data point to define scaling factors.
The image is graphically scaled.
